Why we love this Wine
Sometimes (not always), we get blown away. This is serious gamay, coming from prestigious old vines, at an altitude of 600m. The last plot that Louis Terral picks each vintage, it’s made in a natural oxygen-free ferment, using only the CO2 created by the grapes. So pretty with rose petals, strawberry, acidity, and minerality.
