Why we love this Wine
There is absolutely no excuse not to have a bottle of Champagne in the fridge at all times, for all manner of occasions. You can even just have it by yourself, we don’t judge. The NV Brut Premier from Louis Roederer is a fine choice – 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier. It’s an expressive, textural wine with aromas and flavours of apple, redcurrant and flowers, along with hints of fresh bread and almond meal. Fine bubbles and expansive, not lacking in both drive and power, it is in good form.
