A rosé with the crispest fizz, and serious elegance. The Perle d'Aurore has an enchanting pink hue, and a floral, fruit-led bouquet. We get nose-tickling wild strawberries and white flowers up front, followed with a palate that's subtle and driven by Pinot Noir. Strong on flavour, fine of bubble. Crafted with Pinot Noir of Côte d’Or, Gamay from the South of Burgundy and Chardonnay grown a stone's throw from Mâcon city. Traditional method comes up tops, building on the 130+ year legacy of Louis Bouillot.
