Why we love this interesting drink

Had you asked us earlier, we'd have said vodka's a shooting man's drink, seldom a sipper. Yet, the team at Lost Phoenix quell the burn with a lick of residual sweetness that in no way undercuts the freshness of this smooth spirit. Part grain spirit, part malt. While you won't catch us breaking it out before twelve, this is hard liquor we've got a soft spot for.
