Why we love this interesting drink
Predated by the restaurant of the same name, this gin by Lost Phoenix pays homage to regional SA. Fittingly, it's dry (sorry farmers). Clean and pristine as a hillside. A grain spirit base enhanced with a swirling concoction of aromatic botanicals; lemon myrtle, mountain pepperberry, pink peppercorn, all picked on the property out in Hindmarsh Valley. Not subtle. Not a problem. Yum.
