Why we love this Wine
Oh lord. The grapes for this wine come from from Alice Bouvot's vines in the highly-regarded “En Arces” vineyard near the Jura village of Arbois. Holy soils. It’s 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay in a whole cluster maceration for 2 months. No adds at all. A single plot expression of “pur jus” proper, not just a moniker. Amen.
