Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir can be seriously complex. Dry herb and flowers, spicy, peppery tannins. Wendling Vineyard Block E is Littorai’s youngest site, with cool and sheltered south-facing slopes that give rise to striking aroma. Matured 16 months in French oak, 25% of it new, this is a single vineyard wine with plenty to praise. Uber expressive nose: sugar plums, orange rind, raspberry jam. Great palate concentration, focused and lingering. A wine that's great for today and a good few years of tomorrows.
