Why we love this Wine
Something different from Pat Underwood in a one-off wine from a lauded site for Cabernet Sauvignon. An Aussie Claret with Pat’s light touch, yeah it’s good. Vivid purple in the glass, intensely perfumed with florals and herbs. Layered with minerality, it has incredible tension underneath all that seductiveness. Classy.
