Why we love this Wine

Here’s a Pinot Gris that plays up all the grape’s beautifully fruity, textural potential. A few hours of skin contact brings out a soft peachy hue, while seamless nose and palate of orange blossom, yellow peach, apricot, lemon and almond confirm the vibes. Made by Erin Frances Pooley with friendly fruit from Beechworth.
