Hailing from the coastal town of Portarlington, this hand-harvested, whole bunch Chardy spent elevage in seasoned French for that smoking barrel edge. Load the rack with this luscious blend of nashi pear and lemon cream, marzipan and a little sea spray. Hatchet Harry approved.
