Why we love this Wine
94 % Grenache Blanc, 6% Arinto. Two glorious Iberian varieties, hand-harvested in the chilly early morning, gently pressed on ice, and kept cold for an extended fermentation at super-low temp. This, plus cold settling on lees, and you've got an electrifying drop indeed; pear, saline, tangy, umami. Citrus zap, good length. Invigorating stuff.
