Something to talk about. Centrepiece, single vineyard Shiraz from a cool corner of the Eden Valley, Barossa. Bold ruby, perfumed with bold red and black fruits, and a generous crack of black pepper. Tapenade and spice. A minimum of 24mo ageing in 40% new French oak, then further extended ageing in bottle prior to release... which brings us to now. An elegant, silk slip of a Shiraz, softly tannic and smoothly muscular.
