Why we love this Wine

Ray Nadeson at Lethbridge takes his Pinot Gris very seriously indeed…. As you should. You can expect a textural white wine modeled on the benchmark French wine region of Alsace. They’ve headed up from Geelong to the uber-cool climate of Henty for the grapes; a few hours skin contact then whole-bunch pressed into a mix of stainless and large oak foudre for a wild ferment on full solids. This all means you get a wonderful textural ride replete with pure pear, citrus, almond blossom, honeycomb and soft spice with a poised palate weight and lovely tension and balance between all the elements. She’s a good’un.
