Why we love this Wine
Its been over 500 years since fermenting friars and well-meaning monks mastered Méthode Ancestrale, allowing further fermentation in the bottle to craft stunning sparkling wines. Carried through centuries and across continents, the celebrated approach proves just as fitting for fruit from sites across Victoria, cool-climate Pinot Noir (49%), Chardonnay (45%), Meunier (4%) and Pinot Gris (2%). Lethbridge knocked it out of the park in 2022; a delicate drop fizzing with red apples, strawberries and late summer stonefruit. Savoury, creamy, crisp. Thanking you, ancestors.
