Why we love this Wine
Biodynamic fruit, grown from 100 year old vines. There are no cheat codes in winemaking, but there are definitely a few head-starts to be had, and this remarkable parcel of fruit from Cru Régnié is one of them. Wild fermented with extended skin contact and gentle cap management, this concentrated flavour bomb boasts pretty red fruits and crunchy blueberries on the palate. Lots of length on the palate, lots of care in the process, drinks like heaven.
