Les Matheny is Emeric and Elise Foleat who worked under Puff-Daddy Jacques Puffeney in Jura. If you didn’t know, now you know. In a rustic old farmhouse converted into a winery, they have continued their thoughtful experimentation and we’re following. This is earthy, elegant and minerally poulsard, lifted and expressive, bursting with vivacity.
