From a rustic old farmhouse turned winery, and thoughtful experimentation rooted in local tradition, comes Les Matheny. These vines average 45 years of age, dancing with ripe green apples, quarry stones, and musky honey. Firm and expansive with a pinch of Jura salt. This is beauty of great complexity from Emeric and Elise Foleat.
