A small producer out of Arbois, Emeric Foléat is a vigneron working a minuscule plot of Jura land. That’s usually enough to warrant a taste from most of us, right? Good thing this sings. Made for freshness and drink-now wow factor, it’s incredibly intriguing and alive. Citrus and apple, flintiness and minerality. And oh baby, that salty vibe of this terroir.
