Why we love this Wine
The Hardouin family has farmed Saumur and Saumur-Champigny since 1783 — then in 2017 handed the keys to Nicolas Reau, one of the Loire's greats, and the estate woke up. Coquette is 100% Cabernet Franc, fermented and aged entirely in stainless, built for freshness over flash. Red flowers, fresh herbs, real concentration underneath. Serve it cool, not cold — cold mutes the texture, and the texture is the point. Loire rosé that's just a bit flirty.
