Why we love this Wine
Alice and Olivier De Moor are pioneers under the Chablis appellation. This drop is Alice (from the Jura) and Olivier (from Burgundy), a small négociant business on the side, toying with fruit from outside their usual area. Amazing results. It sees them achieve a different line of acidity, new fleshiness, texture, and other-world aromatic elements here. From organic Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Aligoté.
