Why we love this Wine

Personality-packed rosato, blending Aleatico, Sangiovese, Merlot and Procanico. There's a brief maceration before the whole lot is pressed off to vat for a short élevage. The results are aromatic with firm florals and musk, plus a minerally kick and some slicing acid. The perfect palate refresher alongside your ploughman's plate. Smashability in spades.
