Lauren Langfield's is a winemaking name we're all watching, but let's focus on the wine. 100% Mendoza clone Chardonnay from the Limestone Coast. Tight and clean initially, but warm and swirl, warm and swirl, and you'll see layer after layer of flavour unfurl. Citrus, white peaches, salted cashews and a little marzipan. Zesty, with balanced minerality and acid. What's not to like?
