Why we love this Wine
Owen Latta seems to have a knack for making these quality iterations of natural wine. Chem-free fruit, nothing added. The proper stuff. From a certified organic Kangaroo Hills vineyard, just outside Daylesford, farmed that way since 1989. Impressive. Another tiny production, destemmed and basket pressed fruit, slept for 12 months in a 600L cask and here it is.
