Why we love this Wine
From awarded young winemaker Nic Peterkin, this is a classic, made from a blend of pinot noir and chardonnay. Handpicked, chilled overnight, hand sorted, and pressed as whole bunches very gently over a few hours. Wild fermentation in french barriques. No fining, lightly filtered. Lifted aromas of melon. Strawberries and cream candy for adults.
