The campaign to make Sauvignon Blanc cool again takes some powerful strides in this 'Barrel Blanc'. A little tropical, a lot citrussy. There's spicy acid and herbal complexity. We're much too smart and sexy to shop by label alone, but if we were so capricious, look how funky! More substantively, it's organic Savvy B fermented on skins for 16 days, then pressed to barrel 16 months. And it's as tasty as it looks.
