Stalwart grapes of the scene, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc, stepping out with a fresh new energy. Co-fermented in oak for 11 months, this blend makes for a surprising sipper, rounded and balanced, with plenty of perfume and great structure. We love a lighter, unserious style from the Adelaide Hills, and this unfiltered, unfined specimen has dinnertime drinking written all over it.
