Why we love this Wine
Pure Chardonnay, pure pleasure (maybe the odd impure thought). Classic of the Adelaide Hills, there's a hearty core of under-ripe white peaches and citrus. A bit of malo and a bit of oak balance out the acidity and we're left with great texture. There's a roundness here, almost a cashew nuttiness, that means this wine drinks oh-so satisfyingly.
