From the Adelaide Hills, here’s a fizzy blend of Sauvignon Blanc stone fruits and Gewürztraminer florals. She’s a little bit wild and damn pretty. Tropical, lush, tart and fresh. Bouncing out of the glass all unfined, unfiltered and un-disgorged.
