Nope, it’s not a new varietal - Lansdowne have treated their Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir to some deliberate carbonic maceration to reveal a new edge to this precious number. Organic and fermented as whole clusters, its unfined and undergoes minimal filtering, so you can taste the very maximum of its orange blossom and bright cherry, wild florals and respectable structure. Chic yet very merry.
