Why we love this Wine
Not all Pet Nats are cut from the same cloth. Here’s some proof. Big whiffs of strawberries and cool mountain air, subtle saltiness and crisp minerals. Dry in the mouth with a subtle sweetness that lingers, but with tonic-like assuredness. Disgorged by hand after 4 months for a clean and lean example.
