Why we love this Wine
We can't claim to know the source of AJ Hoadley's great chagrin, but it surely ain't this triumphant Chardonnay. Rich and piercing, this elixir from the Great Southern region has a creamy, buttery mouthfeel and a lot of lees action going on. The fruit was pressed directly to puncheon, with a few old French hogsheads in the mix also. For all that it's still refreshing as snowmelt, this is full-bodied Chardy, old school styles.
