Why we love this Wine
Sam Scott’s La Prova Rosato is mighty delicious stuff. At its core lies Nebbiolo from the Longview Vineyard in Macclesfield. The Adelaide Hills and Nebbiolo are good friends and have been doing the 'wild thang' for quite a few years now, and this one’s a beauty. It’s pale pink – tick! It’s dry and crisp and red-fruity and magnetically gluggable – Tickedy-tick! That is a fresh, lip-smacking, savoury yes from us.
