From the Hill Smith Vineyard in Woodside, Adelaide Hills, an early-picked Fiano Pét Nat here of lifted citrus, freshness and chewy acid. Sexy stuff. Lovely lemon pith and a little chalk on the tongue that ensures the true signature of this varietal shine through. Fluffy, minerally wickedness.
