An experimental Pet Nat, quality was always front-of-mind for this party starter, made from organic Riverland Verdejo. Nectarines and apples to the front, super-fresh acidity up the back. Bright and dry, this belongs in the next easy-drinking outdoor session. We went ahead and packed ours already. Two actually.
