Why we love this Wine
We are loving this tangy little Chardonnay from Eloise and Glenn from Margaret River’s, La Kooki Wines. Single-vineyard Gin Gin clone Chardonnay, whole bunch pressed to French oak barriques (25% new) and wild fermented on full solids. Wonderful detail and clarity with a touch of funk thrown in for good measure - stone-fruits, citrus, soft spice, almond paste and a whiff of matchstick. Fine acidity and ample drive propel it forward.
