We like this stunning white blend served ice-box cold, beaded with condensation, startling in its refreshment factor. As biodynamic as biodynamic comes, winemaker Jerome Francois borrows a helping hoof from equine vignerons Sirus and Fastoche to tend his Alsace vineyards. Airy with tropical aromas and enchantingly floral, this is wine best drunk wearing a robe. We think.
