Why we love this Wine
French blends don't get much more exciting than this; Nielluccio, Sciacarello, Cinsault, Aramon, all farmed biodynamically in Saint Rémy-du-Provence. Former somme Bastien Boutereaud takes a hands-off approach in crafting one of the liveliest (and loveliest) energetic reds we've had recently. Unfined, unfiltered, with no additives in the winery. Just minimal intervention magic, begging to be chilled down and poured liberally.
