Why we love this Wine
Single-vineyard syrah from Quarry Ridge Vineyard, Kilmore, Victoria. It gets super cold out here, so the fruit ripens slowly, creating delicate character. FYI back in 2017 it was picked around the time Aussie ski resorts were opening. Madness. Partial carbonic ferment, strawberries and cream. This is not the shiraz you know.
