Why we love this Wine
When the official winery's tasting note is a "Hubba Bubba nose", you know this wine will be a party. A blend of Riesling from Ararat in the Grampian region and Vermentino from Merebein, favouring Riesling by 80%. Only a touch of sulphur added at bottling, but otherwise unfixed and unfiltered.
