Why we love this Wine
This is far from a gimmicky tribute wine to a Star Wars character, but rather an interesting look at a textural Semillon. Whole berry native ferment with a little skin contact, there's a welcome herbaceous character without being too far down the hardcore orange wine path. An approachable and intriguing look at skin contact whites for those who like their vineyards sustainable and sulphites to a minimum.
