Why we love this Wine
Get down to this Grecian Xinomavro. Winemaker Stellios Boutaris is fifth generation, working under father Yiannis, who went out on his own in ‘97. Grown at 750ml above sea level in Naoussa, the nation’s champion red grape shines here, with a mix of French and American oak imparting moody, rustic layers. Plenty to grip onto; fresh acidity and significant tannin equate to cellaring potential.
