Why we love this Wine
We need to talk about Kevin, the newest release from the Brian wine trio of Peter Dredge (Dr Edge), Joe Holyman (Stoney Rise/Holyman) and wine-words-guy Mike Bennie. Those are names that make us pay attention, and it's rewarded. The blend of Riesling and Semillon is predictably acid-heavy and loaded with briny minerality. Absolute garden party juice, smelling of citrus and begging to be cracked with company.
