Why we love this Wine
Where the Wehlener Sonnenhur wine from J.J. Prüm is about stone-fruits and depth, their nearby vineyard in Graach, less steep and more west-facing, exhibits a little more citrus lift to its form, with a pronounced mineral line of acidity. Perhaps a little finer, but beautifully expressive and drinking well now, though with its pedigree, you know that this will age for decades. Brilliant stuff.
