Why we love this Wine
Jérôme Balmet honed his skills with both Jean-Claude Lapalu and Mathieu Lapierre, now working some 3.5ha of organically and biodynamically farmed vines. These wines are all about light macerations in old concrete tanks and foudres, bottled with no additions at all. A lush and fruit-forward Gamay. Intriguing and memorable.
