Why we love this Wine
Jeff Carrell's approach here feels decidedly fast and loose, a non-vintage Rosé blending grapes "according to mood". Proving bistro-wine is not a dirty label, this is easy-drinking but expressive, tart but fruity, and long lingering. Soft pink in the glass, a little bluish in its reflections. An any-season Vin de France at its best alongside lighter fare; cafe-cuisine, if you will.
