Why we love this Wine
A smoking gun from Jean Pabiot, taking terroir to the max with Terra Vitis certification. Total respect for nature, utmost respect for wine. 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown over a unique soil of clay, peppered with white limestone pebbles and fossilized Kimmeridgian marl oysters. A little flint adds stunning smoke to an otherwise citrussy, tropical palate. Grapefruit and pineapple. A full-bodied exotic. Too good.
