Organic Syrah produced by Jean-Claude Lapalu from his nine hectares of gently rolling, certified organic Brouilly. Granitic, live soils and vines in their prime work with the elements to shape ideal conditions. Whole bunches undergo carbonic maceration before six months in oak. No filtering, no sulphur added at bottling - just pure, unadulterated sublime Syrah greatness. A youthful easy drinker.
