For the 2021 vintage, friend of the Sometimes Always team JB has dropped the anchor in Vine Vale, Barossa Valley, where he handpicked some Merlot and Semillon from an organic vineyard which is grown on deep sandy top soil over red clay. Bottled without any additives or filtration, he recommends you pour this light and chilled red/white blend to your boat crew straight out of the fridge to keep their palates hydrated and ready to raid.
