Why we love this Wine
From the southern vales of the Yarra Valley, a perfect little nook for cool climate Syrah. Handpicked and fermented with a big kick of whole bunches, with nothing but a little sulphur dioxide at picking and bottling. In old French oak, unfined and filtered. A moody young thing.
