Why we love this Wine
Oh we like this one, we like it a lot. Taking fruit grown in Faraday, Bendigo, Pinot Gris spends 3 days on skins, and boy do the days count. Both the hue and the floral, syrupy notes call to mind Turkish Delight, and we're certainly delighted. There's a touch of oak influence, and some gorge texture left behind after 8 months on lees. It's unfiltered, it's unfined, and we're fine with it.
